The Lord Captain's agents continue to pursue Ophelia through the Pipeworks. Thanks to powerful machines and technology spirits and Severin's abilities, the group manages to track Ophelia to a former disused chemical factory that has been converted into a shrine.
Having been spotted by a suspected scout on the way, they anticipate an ambush inside the shrine. After Severin struggles with his post-traumatic stress disorder, the group ventures into the temple. Despite the actual ambush, Severin manages to preempt the battle by throwing a frag grenade and defeating the group of cultists.


It turns out that the factory was converted into a shrine of the Imperial Cult a long time ago and has been taken over and defaced by Slaneesh cultists. More Slaneesh cultists are holed up in a storage room. The room is stormed with the help of “Vinz”, who sneaks in from outside after a daring climb and causes considerable damage to the cultists with his psi-power “Smite”.
A cultist can be captured. When questioned by Sister Alicia, the cultist reveals that their leader obtains the drug “Gratis” from the Mireclaws in exchange for Las batteries. After the interrogation, the cultist is executed and some poor quality weapons are taken along with a box of explosives labeled “For the Mireclaws”. The Lord Captain's agents then make their way back out of the Bowels towards the Underhive, safe in the knowledge that they have gathered enough information for their patron.
