At Character Creation you can get up to 3 Character Traits. Those are no Talents. The special rules-related effects must be negotiated with the gamemaster.
This Trait can only be taken once. You get + 3 on one of your Characteristics. This bonus does not count as an Advance.
Minor (+ 50 XP): You have a phobia of something. If this phobia is triggered, you must pass a Average (+20) Discipline (Fear) Test or get the Fear (Minor) Condition.
Major (+ 100XP): Same as Phobia (Minor) but it is a Challenging (+0) Discipline (Fear) Test.
Minor (+ 50 XP): You really aren't pretty to look at. On all Rapport Test you get -1 SL. Major (+ 100 XP): You actually cant't look at yourself. On all Rapport Test you get a Disadvantage. This excludes Rapport (Animals).
