Panavor was the only habitable planet in its system, with one orbiting moon. It had formerly been ruled by nobles, and its capital was also named Panavor City. Infraktionists were known to reside near the mountains. The last communication from the planet had been three weeks earlier, when they reported issues while loading. The overdue ship was the "Princess Bellana."

The agents faced a disadvantage on Agility tests after a Warp jump. Suddenly, the lights went out and flickered back on, and the temperature dropped. Strange phenomena occurred, and then a loud scream echoed through the ship. Tentacles emerged from a gap in the floor, affecting the servants who began mutating grotesquely. A Fight against the Chaos Creature started.
